Oleksandr Martyniuk, Advisor AO ALARIUS, Co-Chairman of Corporate & Employment Board of the Association of Ukrainian Corporate Advisers took part in the First Annual Conference of AUCR, which brought together the Association's committees and board of directors to determine strategic priorities for 2026.
The Committee on Corporate and Labour Law is designed to bring together the best expertise of corporate lawyers and leading practitioners in the fields of corporate governance, M&A, labor relations, and to promote the implementation of modern corporate compliance policies.
The main topics of the first conference were: the results of the Association's work and plans for 2026, interaction with the authorities with emphasis on taxation, implementation of Legaltech solutions and digital business infrastructure, creation of Training Centre for professional development of public and corporate sector specialists, as well as social guarantees and GR-The potential of AUCR.
