Lawyer of the Alarius Law Association, coordinator of the banking direction Lyudmila Mironova took part in the closed meeting of the “Financial Club” on the topic “Financial instruments supporting the development of the agricultural sector”.
The special guest of the event was Taras Vysotsky, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The moderator of the round table was traditionally Ruslan Chorny, editor-in-chief of the portal “Financial Club”.
During the discussion, the participants discussed the key issues of the development of the agricultural sector and the financial mechanisms of its support in 2026. The discussion included the following topics:
1. Agrarian priorities of the government for 2026: development of recycling, modernization of irrigation systems, construction and renovation of elevators, increase resilience to climate and war risks.
2. Challenges after the end of the “trade visa waiver” with the EU: impact of quotas and duties, logistical constraints and possible adaptation scenarios.
3. Export revenue and currency restrictions of the NBU: the position and vision of the Ministry of Economy on further liberalization.
4. The future of the program “5-7-9%”: prospects for maintaining preferential lending to farmers and possible support formats — loans, leasing, factoring.
5. State incentive instruments: guarantees, grants, compensation and investment incentives for the agricultural sector.
6. Agricultural insurance and war risks: possibility of state support for crop loss insurance and agricultural assets.
7. Scenarios of post-war reconstruction: agrarian reconstruction strategy and priority directions of development.
Lyudmila Mironova's participation in the event highlighted the active position of Alarius AG in the issues of legal support of the banking sector and economic disputes, as well as involvement in the formation of a qualitative dialogue between the state, financial institutions and business.
