On September 1, 2025, the Law of Ukraine “On Lobbying” came into force in Ukraine, which introduced a transparent and civilized mechanism of interaction between business and government. From now on, professional representation of interests takes place within the framework of the public Transparency Register established according to European standards.
AO ALARIUS was one of the first bar associations to register and receive official lobbyist status.
What does this mean for our customers and partners?
1. Legal recognition of status. Our activities in this area of representation are now governed by transparent rules defined by law.
2. Transparency and trust. All areas of lobbying are reflected in the public Register of Transparency, which guarantees the openness of interaction with the authorities.
3. Legitimate instruments of influence. We can formally participate in consultations with legislative and executive bodies, submit proposals and communicate with government institutions in the interests of clients.
4. European standards. Lobbying in Ukraine is now in line with international practice, which increases the level of trust of businesses and investors in Ukrainian legal institutions.
For us, obtaining Lobbyist status is not only a formality, but also a symbol of trust in the profession and a step into a future where lobbying is open, honest and civilized
