The team of the law association “Alarius” successfully defended the interests of the client in a complex and lengthy litigation concerning the recovery of funds from the former director of the Company in the amount of almost UAH 9 million.
The trial lasted more than three years and required considerable effort and a high level of professional training. Within the framework of the consideration of the case, a forensic examination was carried out, and the materials of the case numbered 10 volumes, which indicates its volume and complexity.
