The lawyers of the practice of criminal law successfully restored the client's rights in complex criminal proceedings, which related to charges in a particularly serious crime with a number of additional qualifications, with legal qualification part 5 of article 190, part 3 of article 358, part 4 of article 358, part 4 of article 358. 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Based on the results of a professionally prepared and reasoned legal position, the court fully satisfied the complaint of the defending party and recognized the notice of suspicion as subject to cancellation. In addition, the court also canceled the notice of change of the previously announced suspicion. In fact, the client was released from the status of a suspect, and the pre-trial investigation body was deprived of the opportunity to continue the prosecution under the incriminated articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provided for responsibility for a particularly serious crime and related additional qualifications for the possession of property and the use of documents..
This decision was a convincing confirmation that timely defense, in-depth analysis of the case materials and the principled position of lawyers can radically change the course of criminal proceedings even in the most difficult situations.
